Good bagels. Lost one star because of their new order system is confusing. They don't have signs telling you where to order and pickup.
I've only been here once, but I noticed a large selection of bagels and coffee. The food is delicious and one of the employees brought me my food and drink while I was sitting at a table. The cashier was okay, but it seemed like she didn't want to be there. Other than that the service was good.
I stopped in today at about 1:15pm and had WONDERFUL service all around! My daughter had Chanhassen Dinner theater camp from 1-4 today so I was going to sit in Caribou and go through emails but on my way there I drove past Einstein and thought I'd give them a try instead. I'm so glad I did! I got a coffee and tried a "power protein bagel". It was delicious! The coffee was great as well AND it is bottomless! The shop is comfortable and has fast internet. What more could I ask for?!?! The menu is huge, they have a huge variety there! I got my daughter some cinnamon sugar bagel poppers to go, she LOVED them!

There were three people working, I only got one name, Sydney. All three were super sweet and friendly. Sydney told me to come back and visit them again! I sure will! Go to this place! You'll be happy you did
