Called to get information on services they offer and availability. Woman who answered asked me to hold so she can help a customer.... last i checked i am still a customer. Gave me limited information and she rudely told me to call back to make an appointment for next week. Thanked her for her time and she just hung up. Wont be bringing my money to this location due to poor customer service that i received with a 3 minute phone call.
I just paid $25.60 for a car wash at youngstedts chanhassen car wash. It was the worst car wash I have ever had. They did nothing to remove bugs and you have to vacuum your car out yourself. My car was still wet with streaks when i was told to pull out. Do not bother going here.
Great quick car wash but they don't wipe down well and I almost always need to dry it myself
I have previously never been to your car wash, and am not sure if I will ever return. The workers who washed my car were rude and slammed my doors when cleaning. Car still had dirt on the back. Was not a good experience or worth the money.
