My favorite grocery store of all the Lunds and Byerlys stores. The deli and prepared food areas are amazing and everything I have eaten there is delightfully delicious. The store is also a gem for high quality food and artisan bakery items.
I go here primarily for the hot lunch and salad bars. There's also a Big Bowl and Caribou, and the deli has a huge selection of salads and prepared entrees to reheat at home for an easy dinner. I also love that I can buy stamps and mail things from the service desk.
Grocery shopping is good but the "to-go" options are not working. Lunds is trying to capitalize on this trend, but the offerings are simply terrible. Hot bar is disgusting and unchanging. Cold salads usually have two people "working" the counter. One kid who absolutely hates being there and an older lady who still doesn't know how to use the scale technology. Try other venues for quick pickups....this place is nice for planned dinners thru the week.
Great grocery section. The only reason for the shorting of a couple stars is that the liquor store manager creepily followed my wife and I around the store without speaking to us.. As if to make sure we weren't stealing... I said something and she walked off without comment. Very akward.. We don't look suspicious whatsoever.
Love this place. Prices are a bit higher, but it is generally worth it. High end selections and great produce (plus, check out their bakery)
