Would not recommend this company to anyone that needed altering done. had a quote for sewing small item and went to pick up and was charged double the amount quoted.

This cleaner is fantastic! They do my dry cleaning SUPER fast and efficient. The tailoring is very affordable and great quality (she has been doing it for years). The bag drop makes it super easy, and they are always very friendly. I'm glad I found them!
I found some tears and new stains on one of my blouses after picking up from Pilgrim Dry Cleaners. Initially they were not willing to help me resolve the issue and denied tearing the blouse, but after speaking with the manager they were extremely helpful. They paid for my dry cleaning and even sent my blouse in to the tailor for repair. I will continue use Pilgrim Dry Cleaners as a result of this experience.
