I was extremely disappointed with the services I received during my divorce process. We were not successful with the Early Neutral process and decided to try other avenues. Ms Callahan then reached out to me to see if I had copies of the documents that were worked on in the Early Neutral. She had not followed up and received these documents even though they were promised would be shared with our legal counsel. When she did reach out to get these, we were told we could not obtain them as they were confidential documents. After much persistence, we were able to obtain some of the documents that had been worked on but never received all of them. After deciding to pursue other legal counsel, Ms Callahan sent my new attorney and I a link to ALL of her employee files and ALL of her computer files in addition to my records. I found this extremely concerning and asked if all of her clients would be notified of the breach of confidential information. She spoke with the Minnesota Attorney Ethics Board and the Malpractice Attorney Advisors and was advised that she did not have to alert her clients of this breach.
