I do not recommend anyone go to this dinner theater. There are plenty of options in Minnesota and this group clearly does not respect or value its customers. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year is more like, bah humbug from this theater group. Incredibly disappointing.
I love going here. I got to take my 5 grandchild here to see her first play. The little mermaid. It's a memory vi will never forget. All the plays I seen here have been awesome
We bought expensive tickets for the New Years eve show as a Christmas gift for our Mother and Father. On the way to the show, our parent's car broke down (in the freezing cold), they had to wait 2 hours to be towed and had to miss the show. Our parents called and asked if they would be willing to switch the tickets to a different evening because of the unexpected circumstances and events that transpired, not only did Chanhassen refuse to consider this but the person on the phone was incredibly rude to my mother stating that the tickets state there are no refunds under any circumstance.
Dinner was good and service excellent. The show, Sister Act was upbeat and fun. All in all, a great night out.
I went thinking I would get a decent show and ok food. I was pleasantly surprised. The show was very good and entertaining. Even my teenage boys, two which don't like musicals, enjoyed it. The food was also very good. I had a fish dish, which I enjoyed completely. The service was excellent and pleasant. The seating was comfortable and their was enough room between tables. The angel in Grease has the best solo. Good show and quality food, I would go again.
We had a great time here seeing "Beauty and the Beast." The performance was great. The food was tasty. The facility is very nice. The service is great. The location is very convenient. Parking is easy and abundant. The only complaints I have is the price is a bit high $85/ticket/person but includes dinner and show but drinks and dessert are extra and this is at a table where the view is a bit obscured due to having to share a table with others and sit behind others. So, choose your seating position carefully if you want to make sure you aren't either right behind someone (but then you'll likely be blocking the person behind you). Even with that inconvenience I go again and again for other shows.
Went with family group of 9 people, evening day after Christmas. Crowd was lively and all seemed to be enjoying the holidays and the show.
