If you want good Smashburger go to the Eden Prairie location. Chanhassen skimps on portions. I've been there twice and been disappointed both times. I ordered the BBQ burger that is supposed to have a haystack of fried onions. I bit into my burger and thought they have forgotten to add the onions, because I couldn't taste them. I took off the bun to see only a couple of sad onions. I was also given a very scanty portion of fries.
Horrible service! Wouldn't talk to me , only my husband. Even corrected me telling me it was my husband's order not mine. Took over 25 mins to get a refund on something I didn't order, still no refund, we have to be somewhere. The guy behind us was also almost ready to leave without his order when we left. Jose was rude, sexist and downright terrible.
My burger was fine, shakes were good, but someone in our party ordered a chicken sandwich on an onion bun and the bottom part of the bun was like a piece of hard tack. Also was told that the salad someone had ordered wasn’t great, but what can you expect from a burger joint.
Poor service. French fries delivered 15 minutes after we were done with our burgers. French fries were under cooked. Have not had a correct order delivered to me anytime I have eaten there. Not a good representation of a premium brand.
Slow service. Dirty restaurant. Mediocre food. This restaurant needs help.
