John has been very helpful to my wife and myself. We have been there many times and he always goes out of the way to accommodate us.
The staff is great and very knowledgeable. They were wonderful to work with. I'm taking 1 star off because my first unit had no lights. They were in the middle of fixing them but after a month in a half they were still broken. My unit was in the back corner so I had to bring a flash light if I wanted to see anything.
A thank you to the manager John at this location. Anyone looking for storage and good customer service, look no further or you'll miss out. Thanks again the unit is just what we needed.
