I ordered a shirt and got it in about a week and a half.. Never got a confirmation email or tracking number but customer service helped me out.
NO thank you. Ordered $150 jacket over a month ago. Never received anything saying it was on back-order. Called them today and asked for refund which they agreed to. Wonder how long that will take?? What a crock.
