The "greeter" who's name I will not share publicly could not have been more rude. She thought she knew what I needed so she would not let me speak. Then when she was wrong she was even more rude. I had to leave and come back and my second interaction with her was just as bad as my first so it seems this is her baseline. She may not feel like she is providing a customer service experience but she is and it would work out better for everyone if she was just more pleasant. The lady who processed my transaction was great. Too bad the greeter leaves such a bad first impression.

The wait is way too long. Used to be a person could get in and out relatively quickly at this location. However for simple change of address for drivers license waited over an hour on a Monday early afternoon. I will say that the clerk, Jeff (retired officer) was friendly and helpful. I did receive my new license with in 1 week.
A little better response to the new computer system not working would have been nice vs just saying oh well, I tried. Someone needs to try something new in terms of staff responses/moral, effort and such regardless of the job. It's the job, stop making excuses.
long wait, but was warned that staff would be dealing with new programs and challenges with that. The woman I worked with was fabulous. Welcoming and pleasant.
Sat in the drive through for 40 minutes to pull up to the window and then I’m told they can’t renew my tabs there since I didn’t have the pre-filled card. Nowhere on their website did I see that specification. And their sign outside states only NEW tabs need the prefilled card, not renewals.
