Nice location lot of restaurants and other stuff right down the street rooms are clean friendly staff awesome place to stay
Stayed here for a business trip where 40+ of us are flown in from all over the United States and Canada.
Only recommendation is updating the binder in the guest bedrooms --- the "Restaurants & Local Recommended Businesses" needs to be updated. (Has nothing in there).
Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and rooms were very clean. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They had a big pool slide, which it not something you see very often. I'd definitely stay here again.
Loved it! I was here on business with a large group and we were all treated so well during our week stay at this hotel. Dante, Sabrina, and Jess were all super accommodating and helpful. They even made us cookies and schlepped us around Chanhassen for dinner. The rooms were always turned around after a long day and the bed was INSANELY comfortable. Great experience. Would recommend to anyone coming to Chanhassen.

Hotel seemed mice but sort of unfinished. Rough around the edges. We also reserved 3 rooms and 2 were still filled with garbage from the previous guests.
The hotel is inviting and very clean. The staff are quiet but very helpful. Everyone thought it was awesome there was cookies waiting for them after a long day at corporate. They do a wonderful job resetting our rooms while we're gone and being mindful of all of our things thrown about our rooms. The continental breakfast hits the spot as well! Close to a few essential things like a gas station across the highway and about a 5 minute drive from other restaurants.
